Micron (μm) measures the total thickness of the tape, comprising both the BOPP film base and the acrylic glue coating layer.
- 38–40 Micron: Suitable for lightweight boxes up to 5 kg.
- 42–45 Micron: Standard industry size for medium boxes (5 kg to 15 kg).
- 50–65 Micron: Heavy duty grade for double wall export cartons exceeding 25 kg.
